What are my daily transaction limits?

Your limits vary based on information provided:

  • $750 per day – name and phone number
  • $2,999 per day – Valid government issued ID
  • $18,000 per day – Social Security number or Federal Tax ID 

What types of ID can I use?

  • US issued driver license
  • US issued ID card
  • Passport (International accepted also)

Why am I not receiving my one time password?

This can occur for multiple different reasons. We always recommend calling our 24/7 helpline, (415) 713-5056 to fix this problem.

I did not receive a receipt. What do I do?

Normally receipts are automatically sent out. If you haven’t received one, we can immediately send you a receipt via text and/or email. Please text, email, or call us to request a receipt. We answer 24/7 and will send your receipt within 3 minutes.  

Why does the machine not scan my QR code for the destination address?

  • Make sure the code is a valid Bitcoin address. Not a different cryptocurrency. 
  • Make sure the whole code is visible on your phone screen with the brightness turned all the way up.
  • Make sure you are scanning the code on the top left glass screen and not the main touch screen.

Why does “Transaction Limit Reached” appear when I try to insert cash?

Will you be at the location to help me through the process?

How do I type in my name or number without a keyboard?

If this problem arises look to the middle of the main screen on our machine.  You should see a thin horizontal orange or yellow line. Tap the line and a keyboard will appear. If this does not work, please reach out to our 24/7 helpline, (415) 713-5056.

Can I withdraw cash from my Bitcoin Wallet at your ATM?

No, our machines are for purchasing Bitcoin only. They do not dispense cash. 

I do not have a QR code, only the wallet address (represented by letters and numbers), how do I proceed?

I purchased Bitcoin at your ATM, why is it not in my wallet?

When you purchase Bitcoin from any our ATMs, we process every transaction instantly. Every Bitcoin transactions needs to be confirmed by the Bitcoin network. This process can vary in time depending on the volume of Bitcoin being traded that day; not just at our ATMs but anywhere in the world. I am at the machine but it has an error on the screen.

From time to time our machines may need to be serviced. We recommend that you call our 24/7 helpline, (415) 713-5056, for the machine to be fixed. 90% of the time, we will be able to resolve the error in minutes. 

The machine froze during my transaction.
